Pettigrew RV Park and Recreational Campground

The road to reach there is gravel. I charged my Electric vehicle there for a night. The owner Jeff was very helpful and charged me $15 cash for overnight charging and staying. A proper washroom and shower would have made this location better. They have temporary washroom (one that runs without water)

When I arrived the owner met me and greeted me. It was me and my wife's first time staying. Land is beautiful so was the view. No running water yet but it's in the works. Nice fire pits and and little cooking area on the fire pit. Owner is great on making sure your taken care of and will help in anyway possible. If you have kids they will love it got a playground and a beach plus all the animals they want to look at. You can have any kind of sxs off road vehicle you have. Will be going back next time we are gunna be in the area.

The owner, Jeff, is very kind and attentive. Lots of cute dogs and a goat on the property. Great location for beautiful views and nature. A little rustic (water from a container to be pumped into your fresh water tank), no sewer but a dump station is provided. 30 and 50 Amp electricity available. The park is working its way to being great.

The owner, Jeff, was a great host despite us arriving unannounced in the off season. We were planning to boondock, but he allowed us to hook up for a very small fee and even provided an adapter for our unit. The weather was chilly, but we enjoyed the beautiful site and great stargazing. Highly recommend staying here. It's a bumpy ride in - make sure your cabinets are secured!

The owner is one of the nicest I've spoke with. You can tell he works hard to make things nice and wants to make sure people have a good time in the area. There is a map on his website with all kinds of locations of hikes and waterfalls which is very helpful for getting to know about the area. 🎆 If you are going to be in the area on the evening of July 1st at least by White River Baptist church for their firework show & can stay a night.🎆
