We went to pick up some gift cards but stayed for lunch at the tavern. The food was good, the atmosphere great and Angela, our waitress was the best! We'll be back. Kinsman is a bit off the beaten path but the history and charm are worth it.

My wife and I live close to the Inn and really appreciate having such a wonderful place to enjoy that is outside of the hustle and bustle of more urban options. The food and drink specials are awesome and our sever Abby was the best !! We will continue to make the Peter Allen Inn our first choice for a great dining experience.

We recently celebrated our daughters wedding at the Peter Allen Inn, and everything was absolutely beautiful. From the stunning atmosphere to the delicious food everything was perfect. The staff were incredible- so kind, attentive and they clearly love their work. They made all of us and our guests feel special from start to finish. We couldn't have imagined a more perfect place to have such an important day. I highly recommend the Peter Allen in to anyone looking for a truly memorable experience!

We planned a very last minute trip to the Peter Allen Inn after having some plans cancel for our weekend. We searched for a B&B with nearby wineries within an hour of our home in Geauga County, Ohio. I found the Peter Allen Inn online and was glad to see a room was available. We booked it, not really knowing the venue or surrounding area. It was wonderful! ||||The Peter Allen Inn is gorgeous from the moment you pull into the parking lot. The building is beautifully maintained. The landscaping makes for a lovely setting. We were amazed at the quality of the building from the outside in; every inch is perfectly painted, polished, and kept beautifully clean. The carpets look to be brand new, and the wood floors were gleaming. We stayed in the Dudley Allen room, and it was perfectly appointed.

Had mixed feelings. First, the food was excellent. We had 3 filets and 1 flat iron. All cooked perfectly. Brussel sprouts were awesome. Bruschetta very good as well. Staff wise they were a mess. Got a reservation the night before for the Inn at 5. We arrive and they tell us they aren't seating anyone until 5:45. Not only did we end up waiting, they also moved us to the Tavern. If you have to push a reservation, wouldn't you follow up. Isn't that why the take your phone??? We could only get two word sentences out of waiter but he did okay. Just really wasn't a participant. But the food was excellent.
