Pestana Park Avenue

Overall a great stay, made greater by the staff, especially Raynier and Joquin! I was there in August. Whilst there, I was expecting a parcel delivery, which, due to delays with the delivery company, ended up having to be delivered after my stay. I spoke to staff, and arranged for a friend to pick them up in my absence. This is when Raynier and Joquin showed exemplary service. They said they would be happy to accept the delivery in my absence, keep it safe until my friend collected it. They even said they would ensure all the staff were aware of this. As a result, my package was kept safe and my friend was able to collect it with no problem. Staff are amazing – always service with a smile. |Only downside I would say, is that the room is very small, and there is hardly any place to store cl

Perfect location with absolutely good service. We felt lucky to find such a nice clean place in this city. All other hotels in the same price range don’t have same grading and that’s for a reason.We spent total 5 days. I’d recommend to you all who’s checking hotels in NY and happen to read my comment. : )

Absolutely loved our stay at Pestana Park Avenue—comfortable rooms, unbeatable location, and service that made the trip. The rooms are quiet and super comfortable, and you’re minutes from Grand Central and Bryant Park subway, which made getting around NYC effortless. Special thanks to Polina and Adrian for being genuinely welcoming and helpful every day. Little perks add up: free coffee and tea all day plus a light breakfast made mornings easy. After exploring, we walked to a great Thai spot nearby. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The location is excellent and very convenient. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. In the mornings there is an option to grab bagels, and water and coffee are always available, which is very convenient for guests. We were very satisfied and would gladly stay here again
