You can't beat the proximity to Sebastian inlet. Beautiful property and peaceful even though it's next to a highway. Huge clean pool. I couldn't be happier considering the price. Very safe location close to Publix and other food nearby. I'd definitely visit again.

Great price and perfect fit for 4 guys on a 3 day fishing trip! Right on the water, staff was responsive, room was clean and the pool was well maintained. Highly recommend!

I enjoy these old-time motels where you can park in front of your room. Unlike many others, this place is clean, quiet and comfortable. And surprise - no broken fixtures, everything worked! We stayed here for a few months, with our dog Lucy. Staff is friendly, grounds are kept, our 2 bed efficiency was very "homey". This is definitely a little gem hidden away, it definitely has an older motel feel on the outside, maybe a different brighter paint pallet would spruce up the benches and doors, but the inside of our our unit was perfect. (Closest to the office) I would definitely recommend. The pool is huge, especially for a hotel/motel. I believe it's 10ft deep. The only con I would say is the shelter area where the "grill" is, needs new grates. It's does have an outdoor sink in the shelter area. Overall a great place to stay, minutes away from the Wabasso bridge , which will take you straight over to A1a, and you can enjoy the beach side ocean front. Unfamiliar with the ar

My family and I had a great time we stay two night got two room for 7 people we enjoy the pool and the kitchen in the effiency room. We would have love the rooms closer to each other but is all good. Staff acomadate us with the check in process, since we werent going to arrive on time for check in.
