Penn Terrace Motel

Very nice and quiet place. Affordable price. Clean room and best view. The owner lady is very sweet and nice. Highly recommend the motel for staying and relaxing.

Pros: hot shower & good Wi-Fi. Cons: The property is very old & rundown. The sheets & towels were stained & threadbare. The mattresses are worn out & offer no support. The floor was not vacuumed as there was debris & food on the carpet. No TV when it rains because the satellite service goes out. Some of the rooms are smoking so the sidewalk in front of the rooms is littered with butts. The area is also very noisy. Needless to say, we will not be returning to this property.

apparently some rooms are worn down but my bed was comfortable, room was clean and since I play rain audio when I sleep, the noise from the outside was minimal. I couldn’t turn on the TV with the remote but did not care for it. Not bad for the price and I didn’t feel unsafe. Nice people at the front desk.

I was in a vehicle accident and this is where the tow truck brought me, I was hurting very badly ask them where the ice was so I could make an ice pack for my shoulder they said they did not have an ice machine. But they did give me four cubes of ice from their own kitchen.... Which lasted about 45 minutes. I went back and asked for more ice than they said they didn't have any. I tried to rent a car the next day they had none in this town to rent so I went back to the front desk as the gentleman there if I could stay in my room for a couple of extra hours until my ride could get here from Ohio. He charged me $65. The entire room was not but $88 for the night. These people are very rude and do not care about the people that stay in their rooms, all they want is the money. I will never come

Hotel is ok needs renovation and more staff. Beds are comfortable. Efficiency units need serious overhaul. Prices are ok but they need to add senior rates and aarp and AAA prices. Tv remotes work ok. ||House keeping doesn’t clean everyday like they are supposed too.
