We spend the most wonderful weekend at this picturesque Hotel. We were welcomed with a smile and welcome drink upon arrival. Zachary at Guest Reception was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Our room was immaculate, beautifully designed and we had a spectacular view of the valley. The burger at Ladd's Tavern was delicious and so were the cocktails. The spa was very a relaxing oasis. we had dinner at 90 Acres and everything from the meal to the service was personalized and superb. we cannot wait to be back.

The staff are outstanding friendly, attentive, and everywhere you turn, always ready to help with a smile. I had high hopes for the Pendry Natirar as a New Year’s Eve escape from NYC, but unfortunately, it missed the mark for us. To start with the positives: the property itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the spa is truly heavenly. However, the disappointing service and issues with basic necessities completely took away from the luxury experience. Our stay was marred by several operational failures: Room Service: It took over 90 minutes for our order to arrive, requiring us to call three times just to confirm it was still coming. Amenities: We had no hot water on our first night, and the in-room coffee machine was broken. Dining: We waited 45 minutes at breakfast just for black coffees and plain bagels. Valet: It is mandatory to valet park for $60/night, y
