Pemi Shore Cottages

Pemi shore cottages is an absolute hidden gem in the beautiful town of Franklin, NH!!! I booked the beach cottage as a surprise get-a-way for my boyfriend and I for his 40th birthday because he loves to fish. We caught several different kinds of fish from small mouth bass to perch all weekend long!! The view is simply breathtaking. From the relaxing atmosphere to the calming waters, and the welcoming hospitality of Jane and John, it was an absolutely perfect weekend. The great weather was just a bonus. We will absolutely back to stay again!!! I would rate this more stars if I could. Thank you so much again for making Mike's birthday extremely special!!

July 2022 Came back this year. Staying in the cabin on the river. Most relaxed I've been in a long time..... 2021 Franklin's best kept secret quaint little cabins stayed in the treehouse fully equipped with everything you need just bring your linens nice little deck to sit on with a beautiful view of the dam, hammock outside your door, short walk away from the river. This is Pet friendly and family run. While just a few minutes to the outlets and grocery shopping. The perfect getaway spot to you relax enjoy and recharge! The last night received an invite out on the pontoon for a quaint little ride around perfect way to end our vacation looking forward to going back next year.

Rustic, affordable, relaxing simple cabin on the widest spot of the Pemiguwaset River, opposite the Franklin Falls Dam. Beautiful quiet spot. Nice beach. Dog Friendly. Jane and Bella and John are great hosts, and supply boats and rafts. Nearby are bike and hiking rail trails, breweries and other spots of interest. We've been coming back for 4 years now.

This past July my family and i rented one of the cabins from Pemi Shore Cottages. We had a great time. The cottage is nestled into the woods with an awesome view of the river outside. With a short walk down to the sandy beach you can sit and relax at the water or put the paddle boat in and go for a ride. If you like quiet, this is the perfect place. This section of river is not crowed like many other vacation spots. Pemi Shore Cottages is a short ride from the greater Boston area and not too far from the highway. Inside the cabin was clean and the perfect size for our family of four. The AC kept us cool on those hot nights while water relief was just down the hill for a quick swim. These cottages provide a wonderfully charming yet rustic and enchanting get away. Jane makes it extra special with the way she offers all sorts of fun things to do for those guests who want and choose to engage such as river cruises from the shore on the catamaran. The place is quiet with outdoor fireplaces for a campfire. Truly worth the trip. Love the place.
