Pelican Watch

We had an amazing stay at this property with our family. It is beautifully decorated and well-maintained. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and having use of our own pool and hot tub. We felt right at home and created wonderful memories during our time there. We hope to return again in the future. I highly recommend it for family vacations!

We stayed at the Pelican Watch for SB 2025! It was a great stay. Home was as described and had plenty of space for the 8 of us, with lots of reading/relaxing areas for everyone! Resort Realty was kind enough to open the pool for us a week early, which was awesome because the weather was perfect for it. Short walk to the beach and easy access to shopping and restaurants! Loved our stay!

We had the best week!!! Love the decor and The beds are super comfy. Our two families fit nicely. The kids had a blast in the game room. And we loved having dinner on the deck overlooking the ocean. Great walk to the beach as well! I felt like we had a private beach. Can’t wait to come back next year! The owner was super helpful and giving local recommendations. Thank you!!

This is such a beautiful place for a getaway. The furnishings are beautiful and become one with with the spectacular oceanview. Regardless of which room you choose you can hear the lull of the waves to rock you to sleep. I love that there’s a dune separating the house from the beach as a safety feature for young children yet you are still right on the beach. My kids also kept busy with the pool/hot tub and games on the first level. At night, we enjoyed the celestial show in the sky, including a rocket launch, which was vivid due to the unimpeded clear skies. Such a treat to stay here! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had such a great time for a girls getaway. The beachfront views and easy access is so great. Especially when we bring our young kids along. Convenient stores were close. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a relaxing stay.
