Pelham Pointe Mountaintop Cabin Rental

This place was awesome. We needed a last minute getaway from the city, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. The home itself is wonderful. Very clean and exactly what you'd hope for (and more). We spent our days hiking and touring all the beautiful waterfalls and panoramas that Mark recommended and spent our evenings grilling on the deck, watching the sunsets. We used Mark's great telescope on clear nights, but even enjoyed watching some beautiful thunderstorms roll in from the distance while making s'mores in the patio fire pit. We drove about 9 hours to get to Pelham Pointe, and it was absolutely worth it! Can't wait to come back with some friends and family in the future.

This place is amazing and the host Mark is one in a million. He is so nice & its such a relief to deal with someone down to earth. Pelham Pointe cabin is just like the owner 1 in a million. I grew up in pelham and this place opened my eyes to whats in our own back yard. The cabin is stocked with everything you need. Bring your food & you wont have to leave your entire stay. The sunsets are unforgettable. Thank you again Mark for sharing your place with us.

I spent a few days alone at Pelham Pointe on a personal retreat. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. I felt very safe and had time to hike, pray, paint, study & write. It was just lovely! Mark was an excellent host, with detailed instructions on my stay and lots of options for things to do in the area. To top it off, I saw one of the most amazing sunsets!! I hope to come back again with the whole family, as there was plenty of room.

Great place! Clean and very welcoming. They have everything you need. Loved the fire pit in the back, grill, beds were so comfortable and the deck has so much room. My amazing family surprised me with this trip to renew my wedding vows! It couldn’t have been more perfect. The sunsets will bring a tear to eye! I grew up in Monteagle and have seen the view a million times but I’ve never seen it like I did this weekend. I can not say enough good things about the host- Mark was the best ever. My daughter-in-law went on and on about how vested he was in making this a great stay! If I could give it 10 stars- I would. I’ve already been telling everyone about this place! There are games for the grandkids, corn hole boards, hammocks and the old fashioned quilts I grew up with on my bed. If you want
