Pelham on Earle

This hotel is located on a quiet lane a block from the beach. Rooms are attractive with mid-size frigs, small microwaves, and gas fireplaces. Breakfast was very good with high quality pastry. Bathrooms are small with the sink in the bedroom. The hotel provides wagons to take to the beach and umbrellas for inclement weather. Staff is very professional and kind.

This was our first time on the Cape. Our room was very clean when we arrived- however, it was not cleaned again. Apparently we had to ‘request’ housekeeping. We had to put our dirty towels in garbage bags. There was no coffee in the lobby any of the days we were there. We were given the excuse of ‘it is off season’. If it is off season, why did I pay $600 for 3 days? Every staff member we interacted with were VERY unfriendly. No sense of hospitality. In the real world, the customer is the priority. Do not stay at any of these properties.

Great stay at the Pelham on Earle. It was great with our 2 kids to have the pool and lawn games so close. The food was fantastic for lunch and breakfast and they will deliver to the pool which was great! The room was clean, only thing missing was som hooks for swimsuits and towels no where to really hang things. The included beach chairs and wagon was a nice perk!

We stayed 4 nights at Pelham on Earle, West Harwich in August, 2025 at a cost of over $600.00 a night. Our first night we were awakened constantly by a window air-conditioner rattling on every 20-30 mins. It took complaints to four different staff members the following day to have the problem corrected. The coffee pot only worked sporadically. I asked for a replacement but was told it worked fine. Our bedroom was small, with a very small bathroom only spacious enough to accommodate a toilet and shower in bathtub; sink was in bedroom. There was no grab bar for climbing in and out of the tub in order to have a shower, no hook to hang a face cloth or wet bathing suit, one small towel rack only and no hook on back of door to hang a garment. The interior of the room was clean and attractive but the location of our room was extremely unpleasant. Room 27 was next to the restaurant which was noisy and lacked privacy on the patio, which had a limited view with an extended wall. People dined on high top tables on the grass feet in front of our room morning and night. We had hoped to sit outdoors to rest and read but that was not possible. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach.
