The space is clean, cozy, and full of warmth. Every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a comforting and home-like environment. One of the most impressive things about Pecan Place is the value. It is rare to find a place this affordable that still offers such quality and care. It is a place where you can truly relax and feel at home without breaking the bank. I’m only posting about the unit we stayed in. Unit B is a no go. Our first week was good. Then as the time went on, we started to notice bugs. I had contacted the owners, sent them these pictures and videos and asked for help. When we got back from a couple days away we got told that the exterminator didn’t see “many bugs.” And that they are attracted to water and food.. as you can see, they have water leaking on the outside of the house. And there are tons of bugs on sidewalk! The weather strip under the door needs replaced and I’m sure there is another entrance for them because they were coming from behind the dryer that is in another room. This problem never got resolved. We moved out because we were done with seeing these rollie pollies, spiders and roaches. Of course we thought we

Horrible! My fiancée and I stayed in unit B. It was infested with bugs( rolly pollys roaches and spiders) the owners supposedly had a exterminator come out and do a treatment but it didn't help. We cleaned everyday and every time we swept we had piles of bugs. My fiancée found roaches on our ceiling in the bathroom as big as a quarter. Even when we would do laundry we found bugs in the washer dryer and in our basket of laundry. I had messaged the owner asking for something back because we found something better. We got told no because we didn't give them a two week notice and they now have to scramble to clean and find new renters! Crazy! Quiet, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, I immediately felt like I was safe at home. As a single woman working on the road it was great to know that the owners and their (well trained) dogs were on-site, I was immediately comfortable. Having a full kitchen saved me not only money, but more importantly it saved me time and calories compared to eating at drive through windows or restaurants. There were no extra costs for things like laundry, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the beds were better than mine at home. If anything the pictures don't do it justice, I will definitely stay again next time.

Pecan Place is beautiful and the owners have made the space cheerful and welcoming, extremely comfortable, a true home away from home. The beds are like clouds, there are TV's in both of the bedrooms not just the living room, so if you had kids they could play their games while you watch a movie. It's great that they have both Netflix and ROKA included and also have different profiles like KIDS, ACTION, SCI-FI and COMEDY already set up. The kitchen is fully equipped and even down to the great, already-prepped chefs' knives. It was easy to get down to cooking your meal (unless you get the privilege of one of William's meal invites!) There is a "take a book, leave a book" shelf, which is right up my alley, plus a desk and chair tucked in the living room where it's easy to get work done, whil
