Great location and view. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathrooms could a little attention (remodel) but other than that it was a perfect atmosphere. Pool was open. Didn't get pics but was nice size. Will definitely be back.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment through Airbnb. We had a very great experience!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Pavilion for 10 days with a group of friends and had a fantastic time! The location was unbeatable — super central and just a short walk to the beach. The apartment was fully equipped, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Would definitely come back!

The location is great right next to the beach however, the staff for valet and security are a bit racist. I have made a few complaints in the pass and things have not yet been resolved. I would appreciate for a manager to reach out

Miami is a beautiful city, but unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was disappointing. The staff and “management” bullied individuals with special needs, and their behavior came across as dismissive and unkind. It created an uncomfortable and upsetting environment. To make matters worse, management seemed indifferent to addressing these issues when brought to their attention. I hope they take steps to improve their inclusivity and customer service. In the meantime, I would recommend seeking a more welcoming and supportive place.
