Pat's Edgewater Inn

I did not stay at this place. I did order some lousy food for an outrageous price. It cost me $67 for some hush puppies, sick stuff to mushrooms with crab meat mostly breading, four crab cakes, and two sweet teas. And the waitress spilled sauce all over my phone and all over the floor around us and didn't even clean it up. So I would think the inn part of the restaurant will not be any better. Look at the pictures and that's what I paid $67 for plus I gave a $10 tip should not have even getting that since she was a sloppy waitress

The food here was great, the view was amazing, and the service was great! When people out of state think of louisiana, this is the exact place they imagine.

We LOVED this place, even extended our stay! We asked for a down stairs unit with a water view, and it was so calm and peaceful. First thing I did was pull a chair over to the window and that was my place for 3 days when I was indoors that is. There was a table and chairs on the deck that I enjoyed with my morning coffee. If you are looking for a luxury spa experience this is not the place. It is comfy, clean and cozy!! I advise going during the middle of the week when know one is there. Did notice on the last day of our stay more people were there and we had to share what we considered our outdoor table and chairs lol.

Tried to stay having had so many wonderful reviews. Unfortunately the hotel was taken out by a tornado in mid May 2024. The restaurant is still in operation with seriously great food and service! I highly recommend eating at Pats Fosherman’s Wharf.

Can only comment on food. Being from Canada we saw a sign on interstate and love to eat of the beaten path and Pat’s did not disappoint. Great southern food and southern hospitality. If back in area, will definitely stop in.
