Patriot RV Park - Waco SE

Enjoyed my stay here. Mrs Jackie is absolutely amazing. With out her I would have given 3 stars due to the train. Amazing manager answered any and all questions at all times of the day! Her laundry service is top notch as well. Roads well kept. Good water pressure with park 3/4 full. Laundry area was always clean with new machines. I stayed in a premium site which unfortunately was right next to the train tracks. The train is the only negative about the park. Comes through multiple times a day at all hours.

Name change, they have 2 parks. Built for construction workers, been improved a bit. Level, good utility sites, no shade. Showers, laundry good. Sightseeing Waco worked well. Downside, Trains, 4-6 a day 100 yds away. To bad, they have done a lot with the place.

This is a really beautiful RV park. As a single woman of color, I felt comfortable here, and this was actually my second time staying. I mostly kept to myself and was dealing with some personal things at the time, and in its own way, this place did help me through that. The manager Jackie is very kind and supportive. Whenever I needed my RV moved, she suggested someone in the park, and they helped me without hesitation. This happened twice, they were genuinely helpful and respectful. She also answered all of my questions every time I reached out and took the time to explain things clearly, including an issue I had with owls behind my RV. The setting is peaceful and scenic it’s a lovely place. I did decide to leave due to a few personal factors and because the owl noises became overwhelming

I have been at the RV park for year now. I love it!!!! So peaceful and clean. The manager is Jackie. She is great. In the winter she refills our propane. Having it on site is ideal. If we run into any problems, she is the first person with suggestions or phone numbers of someone who can help. This park is the BEST around!!!.
