Passport Inn Methuen, MA

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. ||To begin with, no iron or ironing board. No coffee. No alarm clock. No blow dryer. No wash cloth. No shampoo. I went to work in a mess.||Nothing is included in the $95 a night charge.||It would be better to sleep in the car.

It's not such a great place. Private, good prices .but staff needs to be pleasant. They are Very rude .Indian culture, went there last weekend. The next morning my girl noticed 2 dried boogies, on the sheets up near where your face goes I almost puked. I tore the bed sheets off. There were several layers of filthy bed coverings. I tore each layer off it. Was disgusting. Also there is this big goon in charge of the family like a slave driver yelling at staff to hurry up or some Indian language orders in the parking lot like they are dogs. The place is unsatisfactory. And I want to call the border of health on them. Their is a full size bed and a hard school seat chair. That hurt my but no comfortibility at all .rooms are small. No ice available .no ice buckets rude staff in office. The l

This place was extremely unsanitary there was drug paraphernalia all behind both of the beds the television and the air conditioning didn't work as well as the vending machine. The vending machine took my money and when I said something about it to the lady at the front desk she said that she couldn't do anything about it what so ever! I paid a total of $180 for 3 adults to spend 1 night here and the gentleman who checked me in told me that I wasn't allowed to have any visitors nor was I allowed another vehicle to be on the premises. The staff here was extremely rude and very unhelpful they didn't want to help at all. I had also seen a piece a paper that was laminated with the name of the motel an on this laminated sheet was a full page of information regarding the different prices for the

Went in there at 9 ring the bell the lady look like she was sleeping only 2 cars and 1 bikes in the place and the lady says they have NO room availables.. Don't waste your time here..

Shady place always want cash no receipt, room always dirty , second time tried get a room I was told only one was available even though their were no cars in the lot and the cost was $140 and we only except cash ! If you're looking for a nice place to spend the night this isn't it find another clean place with friendly staff . these people and this place are very shady only cash and no receipts do your self a favor and STAY AWAY
