Parkway Inn Airport Motel

The location was great for Miami Airport. I took a road trip to the Glades, great for that. Staff was exceptional. Great for a bromance, not great for momma, or little ones. However, the place is faded glory. Not the bottom of the barrel but close. At least, it smelled cleaned and did not have massive stains outside of the mold on the mirror (you have to admit that takes talent). But overall for the location and price, not bad.

This is a budget motel, and I'm not very picky when it comes to the facilities. However, there is basically no internet. I was in a bad situation, someone had stolen my phone the day before. so, using a laptop and skype to call my phone carrier, it took literally 5 hours just to have a 15 minute very important phone call. The call dropped at least 10 times. The internet simply doesn't work for more than 2-3 minutes. Not on laptops, not on tablets, the tv will not work either, it says the signal is too weak. Simply no internet, and it was a miserable stay at the worst possible time to have no internet. I believe that it is dishonest and unethical to advertise internet service when you can't get internet.

Old and musty smell. Disgusting.|We payed 200dollars on hot wire.com( do not use it ever)|Felt like in a work|Camp.beds were ok|But very small… bathroom |Is ok but very old and feels dirty. Parking and location is good. Only thing.…………………………….

If this is your only option or have an overnight layover, it's not the worst place. We did not feel unsafe, and it was relatively calm throughout the night. However, the person at the front desk claimed they couldn't find our reservation, and only after we showed them a confirmation number and did they give us a key. The room was relatively clean, however the sheets and towels did smell damp/musty, so I would inspect the room as soon as you enter. The bed was pretty bad as well. If you value comfort, I would strongly encourage you to look at other options

Will remove if I get my refund . I had stayed here prior with no problems. I rebooked for a six night stay, front desk lady was nice. However the second day two roaches had moved in . At first they were understanding and offered a second room. I passed and booked another hotel. However they did not refund me and wouldn’t print out or send an email to verify my cancellation which is all my booking was asking for and the lady who was nice prior became hostile. I would give two or three stars but if I don’t receive a refund I will leave the post for anyone looking to book here . Almost 3 months later still no refund bank and booking says I need some type of documentation whether printed out or email the hotel itself refuses either one . DO NOT BOOK HERE unless you like sleeping with cockroac
