Park Inn by Radisson, Wells

Maps showed a Motel 6 for $36 and a Park Inn, by Radisson for $64. We chose the Park Inn. It shows up as Park Inn, by Radisson in Maps, and in the office it says Park Inn, but on the back of the paper the key card comes in, for the wifi info, is a handwritten "Motel 6" and password. Also the plastic on the soap says "Motel 6." The room is pretty dirty. The floors look as tho they weren't swept before they ran a dirty mop around, failing to move anything to clean under, in the process. All along where the floors and walls meet are ancient dust build-ups and hairs. The bathroom sink had a huge black hair (hard to miss) draped across it and there's a few super long hairs stuck to the wall right above the small trash can (where the cleaning person had to look to change its bag) so I'm guessing

This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed at. It was an old converted motel six. Room was dirty. Like something out of a Third World country. Nowhere to put clothes or my suitcase. I told the attendant at the desk at check out how bad it was and she just looked at me like I was annoying her.

Positive: Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Negative: Didn't care for the fact that housekeeping came by at eight in the morning waking us up , but other than that pretty decent stay

It has a lot of growing pains in improving customer satisfaction. With focus on quality and improving your image you can be a successful business. Focus on the little things. My room had no tv remote and desk clerk had to get one from another room. Light bulbs need replacing. Things like that….

Positive: This is something I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THE HOTEL - ran out of room in that box. There was a very large spider (half-dollar size) in my room. I killed it, but left the smashed body for someone else to clean up. Negative: There was no hot water from the bathroom sink. None, I turned off the supply line to the cold water and turned on the hot water supply line completely, and NO water. Then in the morning, there was hot water.
