Park City RV Preserve

I visited this park today. Quiet gated community with a swimming pool, weight room and even a new pickleball quart! Beautifully manicured and the staff was super friendly. Affordable lot rent and even a laundry area too! It’s close to Swansboro and Emerald Isle. I saw a few of their units for sale that are turn key and ready to move in. Highly recommended. Darlene the Park manager was super professional and helpful.

Our family had the privilege of staying at Park City and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share our wonderful experience. Park City has a commitment to safety, beautiful grounds, and high quality amenities. This park has been designed to be an elegant coastal refuge! We are grateful to Bud and Karen for their vision to offer such a high quality option for campers. We also appreciate Darlene for being such a thoughtful manager who strives to serve others with a purpose. We treasure the memories we made and look forward to future stays!

I moved here in November 2023 and was one of the first ones out here. I bought my mobile home from Bogue RV and they moved it here. I love it here and since December I have seen the park starting to fill up. The staff and maintenance workers are great. As busy as they are they will take time to help. The neighbors are friendly as well.

Very nice rv park!, well manicured lawns, great location. I should have added that I will moving in soon, but from what I have seen so for is really nice, The staff has been very welcoming, Lisa and Darlene have been wonderful to work with so far.

Moved in early March. Cannot say anything bad about the staff here. Hands down the best park staff we have ever met. The park is new and in the works of becoming a very nice park with all the amenities and them some. We are looking forward to enjoying our time here. A must to visit their website.
