Paris Landing Motel Inc

My husband and I planned a weekend getaway here. After arriving the room smelled like cigarettes and the water smelled like sulfur water. The one night we stayed some things were stolen out of the bed of our truck. We talked to management and she said sorry and we asked about cameras she stated they were just for show they weren’t real. So with that being said we checked out a day early. We weren’t offered any money back nor did the things that were stolen were taken care of. Never again will we be back. I don’t recommend this place for anyone to stay. We only stayed here due to this was the only place with availability and now we see why!

Cross-country road trip, motel #12: Basic, old school drive-up motel. FYI: No frills -- Ice but no refrigerator. No outlet near the beds. Carpeting. Older reviews mention a pool; assume it was where there's now a bbq area. But it's clean and comfortable and quiet and has AC, and was fine for us.

I would have stayed there however when I walked into the lobby there was nothing but would look like vagrants hanging out in the lobby. There was no employees at the counter but there was a thing on the counter saying to call a number that they are out on the ground somewhere. What was going on was the one person that was supposed to behind the counter was cleaning rooms at 4:30pm. The lobby was filthy dirty needed painted, the glass entry door look like it hadn't been cleaned in eons. I decided to walk away from the place. Then this guy walked up to me and ask if he can help me, I said I thought about getting a room however I wasn't too impressed with the lobby so now I'm not too sure how are the rooms I asked? He didn't answer and walked away from me and kept walking as I was trying to a

Very clean old school themed room! Loved the stay here! The area felt safe and was hardly any outside noise! Patty was awesome for coming out and opening our room when we arrived! Also told us about free ice and the surrounding area info! Look forward to the next stay! Can I also state the pillows were more fluffier than any hotel pillows I've slept on before! AAA+++

It is older and built of concrete blocks, which I appreciate because I feel safer from wind and storms. Everything is lovely and clean, service is amazing, you feel like you are truly welcome. Located near Paris Landing state park, fuel stations, several restaurants and even a Dollar store. Very peaceful and seems to have plenty of boat parking.
