Papa & Maga’s Calhoun's Riverside RV Retreat

This Guadalupe Riverfront fishing cabin was the perfect home base for our weeklong Aransas National Wildlife Refuge trip. The full kitchen allowed us to eat healthy on the road, the wifi works great, and the laundry facilities are clean. There's also a public boat ramp and trailer parking for day use. The location is excellent for exploring the small coastal towns and wildlife management areas along the Gulf of Mexico. The new owners are very friendly and are doing a great job updating the entire RV park. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We cannot wait to take our family to the cabin for a weekend fishing trip!

I love/d this little home away from home and set at a comfortable price! The owners are friendly, sharing and live onsite. The Guadalupe River is your backyard! There is a boat ramp on site as well. Its settled in a 30 minute drive to Texas' famous Rockport Beach 💚

Love to visit, great place to stay and the owners are Hot Rod and Candace, they are awesome. Can’t wait to come back and bring the boat, boat ramp and bait.

We love this place. It is so peaceful. The owner Pleze does great keeping up with the grass. Does his best to keep the misquote down. It's almost like a bayou feeling when you are here. Fishing is great on the river as well.

Beautiful, peaceful campground with large sites and trees. Wish we could have stayed longer!!
