Panther Lodging

The location is good and quite. The lodge is ok. However, I would not recommend it to the group of more than 10 people. On the photos it looks bigger than it actually is. The kitchen appliances are good. We did not try jacuzzi. Everything else looks like we came to the 1980s. Besides that, the restrooms, the sinks, and the toilet bowls are unbelievably small. I did not know they can be that sizes. In one restroom the lights were not working, for which the owner suggested us to use the flashlight. In another restroom the toilet did not have water. For this problem the owner suggested to use a bucket to fill it out or to use the near forrest. Regarding the shower problem in the third restroom we got the reply "Why don't you use other showers? Besides that, you are staying only 3 days and 2 n

A long-standing lodge for a quick large group getaway. The accommodations are adequate. The location is right in the middle of the Poconos, 20 minutes from anything you can set your heart on. It is best to plan your stay with travel time in mind. The price will more than make up for the peace and solitude.

Sleeps many - large room upstairs w/ one double bed and 7 twins. Downstairs - 5 bedrooms - 3 with their own bath and 2 rooms sharing a bath. Large communal bath with tub, shower and whirlpool on first floor. Linens provided. Basic kitchen equipment including pots and pans. No dishwasher. Clean and roomy. Deck off living room. Picnic tables outside are rough.

Very peaceful and quiet. Nice place to get away to, for rest and relaxation. Very spacious. Love the Jacuzzi sized bath tub!!!
