Pan American Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the Pan American! We had a poolside ocean view deluxe efficiency - super convenient having a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator! Our room was very clean and we had maid service daily at 10:00 sharp. The front desk staff Paul and Bob were extremely friendly! The location of the hotel is very convenient to the boardwalk, bike rentals, parks and restaurants. |The pool area was cleaned every night and the pool itself was cleaned every morning. My only complaint is how people would save their seats at the pool and not even be there all day. There was one family who saved 16 seats by draping towels over the chairs - they saved their chairs first thing in the morning and didn’t arrive to the pool until the afternoon so in the meantime other people could have used

We have been coming to Wildwood Crest for 25 years and started staying at the Pan Am in 2012. This place is a true gem and it starts with the friendliness of the staff. We are greeted like family every year and that is just not something you find in most hotels. Paul, Shelly, Bob, Fabi all wonderful people who make you feel like you are coming home. The hotel is always meticulously maintained and it is the cleanest hotel you will find. My wife and I were in an efficiency on the north side of the hotel. Great views of the beach and we always end up getting sucked into one of the basketball games in the adjacent park. Our first time there and def will not be our last! Absolutely the best place to stay in Wildwood! The service and hospitality is amazing, clean rooms, and LOVED the on-site restaurant and "snack window" in the pool area, made it so easy with the kids. Only thing I would make sure for next time is NOT to get the room on the first floor by the elevators, its a bit noisy..but overall we had a great time! Great having a playground and basketball court across the street too.. 👍

It was a treat to stay at this hotel again. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated which was a very pleasant surprise! I like the restaurant very much. The wait staff were very attentive. The food was delicious!

Fantastic Place to stay, friendly staff, immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. Great indoor parking. 5 block walk to the boardwalk. I can't say anything bad about the hotel or staff. The Guest I have some issues with. Chairs hogs up early, they throw towels on the chairs at 7am and don't show up until after lunch. Sitting on my balcony choking while someone was smoking a cigar all night until midnight. Baby elephants in the room above me jumping on the bed and running across the room at 6am. Bicycles parking next to my brand new car with a sign on the wall that clearly states no bicycle parking in this area. Children touching the free cookies with their bare hands.
