Owner is nice and are making spots cemented and is $450 a month all bills paid. I moved there cause I have family there and can look out for each other. Has washer and dryers and showers.
Not sure how to describe this place. Its not real fancy, it has the basics. The owner is older, so its not well maintained, some concrete pads, some are bare ground. It mostly quiet and pet friendly and the price is reasonable for the area. I gave it 4 stars just for the lack of maintenance.
This place would be and has potential to be a nice park if it were not for the mass amount of alcoholism going on . The showers do not lock from inside and ANYONE can walk in on you. The owner, well, I would not recomend this place to any one. A lot of thievery goes on at this RV park. I would give 0 stars but wont let me.
Nice quite spot... washer and dryer included ..people there ate extremely nice and respectful .. would recommend this place for anyone to stay .
Not the big party place but laid-back or you'll have Nancy at your door shutins u down
