Palms Motel

New owners, who doesn't have customer service. They don't clean right. Fungus growing places, shower curtain have mold. Rooms still have junk on the wall from whenever palms started. Take ur own cleaning supplies!!!

During my stay here, the employees were very friendly & their prices were just right! The mattress was comfortable, the towels were spotless, and the a/c units were working completely fine. Me, and my husband received complete satisfaction. Palms Motel is great stay for any occasion.

Not ideal but clean enough. Too much thru traffic and dealing going on. No place for kids. UPDATE.... UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT New Review... The new owners are remodeling and has it looking very nice and has a better crowd using the facilities. Owners are rarely seen unless you go to office and it's central to town and Subway across street and convenient store is also. Rates very reasonable.

The most horrible place I've ever stayed. The only reason we stayed was during our "Peaches to the Beaches" trip, this was the only hotel that had a room available, which should have thrown a red flag but, in desperate need of a place to stay, we had no choice. Room stunk so bad that all of our belongings and ourselves stunk. Room was filthy. Bathroom window was held in by screws and wouldn't close even then. Room looked like it had been deserted for years. The door had a regular household door handle with no dead bolt and the chain lock was broken. Even the outside railings were held together with rope. Had a window unit in wall with tin foil around it. Even the lamp on the table had the wires hidden with tin foil. If you want to be able to sleep at all, DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

In my effort to escape Hurricane Irma I evacuated South Florida but the traffic on I-75 was INTENSE!! Decided to use a backroad, find a hotel and start again in the a.m. Palms Motel looked unimpressive inside and out but it had what I needed: a relatively clean, bug-free, safe place to lay my head for the night after an exhausting day of travel. Towels were thread-bare but clean, outdated wood paneling and other fixtures but comfortable mattress, functioning wall a/c unit, hot water and affordable rates. You could do worse...much worse.
