It was nice especially for last minute or a quick visit family. It can use some updating especially for the bathrooms but you can tell some renovations have been made. The location isn’t good if you’re looking for somewhere around attractions or takeout. Overall I would definitely stay again
Just returned from 3 night stay at Palmetto Inn. Rooms were clean and equipped w/refrigerator & microwave. Personnel were friendly. Convenient to convenience stores, gas, car wash and restaurants if you like to walk. Good place for hunters to stay. Went w/husband and I'm particular where I stay while he hunts. Our room had a king size bed that was clean and comfortable.

Nice clean space! It is on the older side, however, price is reflected in that. The owners are really down to earth people. I’ve stayed here for 2 years in a row and have bought over 16 rooms for my team over the two years. I would highly recommend this place!
I was born in Estill, SC. This place is quiet,we have been staying at this place for 32 years for our Annual Family Reunion. They have remodel the place and it looks great. There's nothing like hearing the trains come through the town at night. I highly recommend this place if anyone need a place to sleep over or stay awhile.
