The owner and those who worked in the park were very friendly. All repairs were dealt with promptly. The park is very clean. Parts of the park were started in the 60's and the sites are shady and there are other newer sites where the trees are still maturing.||Unfortunately I had a skin reaction to the water. It is best to buy your water rather than drinking it. We stayed for 2 months to visit with family and friends over the Christmas season.

All the sewer lines and tanks are root bound, water is not drinkable, no amenities at all. You have to cut your own lawn, no pool, no activities, and rental space is more then one other park 15 minutes away with amenities. There are also trailers mixed in, and they just let their pets, and poultry run wild. There is theft of property, no cameras for security, no security at all. They should provide lawn service for no extra charge. They do have a laundromat, but are very expensive. There are showers, but need to be taken care of better.

This place doesn’t treat everyone equally, some residents get to do things and get away with it, while others get treated differently and very bad, something needs to be done, rules are rules and they must be followed by EVERYONE!

We wanted an inexpensive, quiet place to stay in our camper for a couple nights....this was the place. Clean, quiet, full hookups including sewage on our site. Not a fancy resort, but we don't care about pools & such. There was showers/restrooms, laundry, lots of open space to walk with dogs, and very quiet. There were a lot of long term campers here...all very friendly. Not sure what kind of recreation is in the area....but we liked being close (12 minutes) from the casino in Imokalee. AND, it only cost us $25/night. We'll return here at least once a year. UPDATE: We stayed here for the 3rd time this season (2023)..still the same nice little place, and still $25/night with full hookups.
