Palm Beach Shores Resort and Vacation Villas

Eat at the restaurant its great! The pool lady that hands out towels, older woman, is very unfriendly and rude to guests. However, the beach people out by the beach area are fantastic, I recommend just renting their chairs and umbrellas it makes the stay so much easier and enjoyable.

Study for two nights and had a great time. Pool area was nice and the walk to the beach and the area was very eventful. Walking distance to restaurants and some shops around there, but be careful for the ice cream shop. They are overpriced!! Staff was completely friendly and very helpful! The room I stood was OK not spectacular but I know they are updating the rooms. Room comes with a small two burner stove and sink sofa. Bed was comfortable and actual bed was very comfortable. Porch was very inviting just to chill out there at night. Definitely will come back.

Positive: Overall best place I think I have stayed for the money, and I have traveled a lot. Negative: The valets, but I understand that they are independent contractors for the hotel so no dig on the hotel, just that one dude paking cars uhhh.

Unfortunately our stay at Palm Beach Shores Resort was one of the worst hotels my family has ever experienced. The location is great and the staff were all nice from the valet/bell hops holding the door, the front desk, cleaning staff and The Islander restaurant staff. The managers were the largest issue. We noticed wear and tear around our room. The microwave is really old, the handle felt like it may break off when you open it, and it was not working well. The last morning we tried to use the toaster and it started sparking and bagel caught fire. I quickly blew it out, hit cancel and unplugged it. When I turned it over a metal piece fell out. We informed the front desk. They took the old one and exchanged it with a new one. The AC was broken when we arrived as it was stuck at 61 de

Went on a family trip with a large group. Rooms were clean, but overall dated. The beach required you to purchase seats to sit and view the ocean. Restaurant in hotel was good, but not great. Entertainment there was great! My kids enjoyed the craft sessions. Manager on duty was not pleasant with multiple people from our party on three separate occasions.
