Lady Jennifer lied to me she said it was ok I can pay every two weeks I had my daughter and grandson stay with me I wasn’t planning on it but I wasn’t going to let my daughter live on the streets..I got kicked out because she said we were loud and the it was too much on the utilities mind u i paid 800 a month..I was paying on time…they have another location on Kenny ln between Ingleside and Aransas..I don’t recommend this place..

I love this motel. They are nice and very considerate to our needs. Most of all it is affordable. Staying here doesn't break the bank and it's close to the water and not far from the ferry road to get to port A . Thank you a very much for a great vacation.

If I could give it zero stars I would! This place is filthy, fleas and roaches everywhere! So dusty like they never clean it there was old used soap in the shower still! We didn't even end up staying I requested a refund and they refused manager tried to fight because we requested a refund!

When i lived there in room 12...mangars daughter picked a fight w me...tgen her mom came out n slapped my son. They called police n i was evicted. They kept my deposit n balance of my rent in excess of $500 while telling me it was my fault. Her daughter came to knock on my door...not the other way around. Manager came and slapped my son in my room not at her front door. So....u make ur own choice. Her son is mgr now from my knowledge...same family!

Bed bugs dirty nasty don't go there unless it's a must have to it's cheap and believe me you get what you pay for but they have just put some new units in I haven't heard of any place this bad no towels Update new manager now been working hard for a clean up of place put up cameras so there is a little comfort the units are cleaner but there still is a bad bug problem from roach's to lice and bed bugs There is hope for the place I think the manager will be successful in turn around got there work cut out for em I recommend if you need a place and you are low on funds go there recommend that they get new beds mattress covers and have the place tarped and get rid of there pest problem new sheets and clean it would make a huge difference other wise you gonna get bugs going here
