Pacific Crest Lodge

A small lodge but nice vibe for resting after skiing/snowboarding. Good for hanging with friends too. They don’t give epic pass discounts though. Liked the chicken wings and dip.

Great place to grab a pizza and beer. Also, good spot to stash gear, eat lunch and take a break with the kids. Pretty much the spot to hangout with the family, sit in a booth and buy a taco if its a weekend. The store downstairs carries gear and you might want to check it out too.

I love Stevens, it is the first resort with electric car charger and generally the atmosphere here is great. BUT. My last experience was a disappointing one. The bar was busy, we got on a list, sat 12 feet from the hostess, a big, slightly drunk dude (on St. Patrick's day, not a big deal), and waited for our turn. On a 25th minute or so we noticed another party, clearly someone he knew, that arrived 10-15 minutes after us, was being seated. The hostess started to lie, to our amazement, that he called us 3 times, once we went to see if something went wrong with the list. If the dude would just apologize, things happen, but he started to accuse and blame us. We asked for a manager, who said 'sorry'. It felt bad, I was with my wife and child, being treated this way is unacceptable.

Food was unimaginative and expensive. $12.50 for a bratwurst? (No sides) and $15 for a burger (no side included) I have no problem spending money on good food...but good money on average food... Boo.
