P & J Motel

The room is comfortable. W Reasonable price. The window curtain was broken. But it wasn't a bother with not really anybody staying here. Comfortable single beds. Quiet in the country. Manager was down to earth. Close to the highway to get to Fairmont. Just 15 minutes to Walmart. Gas station down the road.

What do you get for a $44 room? The room had cable tv, mini refrigerator, and microwave just like the major chains but at a much lower price than Jackson or Fairmont You will get the satisfaction of supporting a local, independent motel. The room was a little cramped with barely enough room to walk around the bed. The motel is close to downtown. What don't you receive? Breakfast is not included; check out the Caseys in town for something to eat. There was no shampoo, pool or fancy lobby.|Bring cash or a check. The motel does not accept credit cards.

The price was low. But the room had dirty walls, the carpet needed to be vacuumed and etc. It took 3 hrs for the air conditioner to cool off the room so that we could sleep. The owner didn't spray for bugs outside, so every time we opened the door the bugs came in. I would not recommend staying here.

Cheap but not clean, very hot in the room when we got there. There were bugs in the room, needs a good cleaning. Bed sheets and blankets need to be washed they were dirty and smelled awful. The whole place just very dirty. All of the blinds were broken.

This place isn't bad at all. Kevin is a fantastic person. Very kind and definitely went the extra mile for me. It's "cozy" and more than reasonable. It was warm inside and i slept well. No complaints at all. Thanks again Kevin for all you did for me! God bless you and your family!
