Ozark Valley Inn

Location was excellent off the busy strip yet convenient to everything. Setting outside having morning coffee was relaxing while listening to the animals come to life at the zoo next door. Staff was extremely accommodating and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was eggs,sausage b@g some fruit waffles cereal muffins. Room was clean and personally I like the convenient outside entrance to all rooms. Didn't get to use pool or hot tub however the pool is nice size and located conveniently in the center of the establishment. We will definitely stay again. They also welcomed our little dog which is nice as he has been to Branson with us on several trips.

Stayed 3 nights for our anniversary. The owner actually bought us cake and beverages for our celebration. Quiet clean off the strip yet convenient to everything. Horrible, terrible, absolutely bad! Reserved the Jacuzzi king room over 2 weeks in advance for a vacation. they called me 3 hours before check in to tell me the AC in the room wasnt working and they had to put me in a king room with a sofa instead for a lower price. I agreed because I thought maybe it was an issue that had happened that same day. I doubt it. We checked in and Instead of charging me 120$ they charged me 106$. (The room they downgraded us to was 99 dollars, did not give agreed upon discount) Went to the room and there was no sofa and it was not a king sized bed. Checked for bed bugs like everyone should, and there were dead bed bugs under the mattress on the box springs, conveniently covered up. Went back to the office and just asked for a refund. Wasnt worth it even though

Amazing staff breakfast was great and very clean beds was comfortable great motel and great rates compared to the others we would definitely stay again with out hesitation and under new management these folks we great and catering to our needs and the new heat and ac are great the heat will cook ya take a few to get nice and warm due to the weather out side and very quite there hot tub was down to a heat pump but will be open all year round once fix love this place one of the best motels we have stayed at !!!!!!!!!!!! And the water pressure for a shower was great and if u like satan showers they have u covered

First off, we have a Jacuzzi room and it definitely is beyond my expectations. Definitely a quiet little spot …a good little lookout. an amazing pool amazing jet tub …was very skeptical because of the reviews, but I definitely know now that there is new management and I will definitely be back again….
