OYO Hotel Vienna I-75

This place should be condemned as uninhabitable. I've travelled for 50 years on 5 continents and I've never seen a dump like this. The reality of it is much worse than the pictures I'm posting show.||The first indication of what I was in for was at check-in. The “office” is a decrepit ramshackle room filled with mosquitoes where the clerk has a $50 PC that's at least 20 years old sitting on a counter. When you walk in you have to duck under the wires for their parking lot cameras – they dangle from the ceiling where anyone can simply reach up and yank them out. Two people in front of me with confirmed prepaid reservations were denied a room because the clerk couldn't find their names on his PC. He blamed the parent company, and I have no doubt that he's correct – there has obviously bee

THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN AMERICA!! I had to buy pillows and sheets to sleep there with my jacket over my face due to years of trash smell. The pillows had stanes, and the blanket was also with numerous holes.I purchased a mop to bring my dog in the room to sleep. I mopped the floor 6 times, and it still smelled!!! There was no tv because it was stolen!! The bed was a full-size cot on wheels. I had to stay there due to Hurricane Milton in Florida, and it was the worst experience. The door for the bathroom was off of the hinges, and there were layers of black fingerprints on every entryway. The prices were jacked up higher only for the Floridians escaping the storm. They gave away other customers' rooms escaping from Florida!! Those people slept in their cars!!!! I RECOMMEND THE HOTEL BE C

SCAM ALERT! MANAGER TOOK OUR PRE-PAYED RESERVATION & REBOOKED OUR ROOMS! Booked a room through Priceline yesterday and prepaid $222. Drove 10 hours in traffic to find out the manager had given our room away. He was hiding in his locked office with the lights off. What a coward! The maid told us he gave our rooms away. Hurricane Milton is about to hit and we have nowhere to sleep. As we were leaving, two MORE families showed up, who had also prepaid on Priceline. What kind of sick evil person takes advantage of people during a natural disaster??? Karma

Don't Judge a Book by it's Cover. When you pull in, you'll take a good long look ànd probably back out. Don't do that. You're in for a treat when you meet Benny. He's the desk clerk. He is a wonderful man, full of humor. I asked if the rooms are clear. He said, just a minute. He left and went through the room I was about to rent. He said, yes ma'am, spotless. I paid and went to the room. It was indeed spotless. I was amazed. The Sheetz were as white as I've ever seen in a hotel/motel. The towels were fluffy and smelt good. No carpet..that's a plus. My Service dog didn't sniff every nook and cranny like he did at the 4+ star hotel in Daytona Beach last week. $200 for a cockroach infested room. But not at Benny's OYO Hotel. We looked for bedbugs, roaches, etc...nope, spotless. Stop in, talk

SCAM ALERT! Booked a room through Hotels.com this morning. My credit card also charged and received email confirmation. Drove 10 hours from Cocoa Beach Florida in traffic to find out the manager had closed and nobody’s answered the bell. Hurricane Milton is about to hit and I have nowhere to sleep. The sign showed no more rooms available so they gave my reservation away!
