Outdoor Fitness Station

Sit up bench slides and despite having instructions I still wasn't sure I was doing things right. Pull ups bar kinda has weird gaps on it wasn't sure the correct place to grab I'm sure it depends on arm length but it was kinda confusing. Also the goofy ladder thing never has made sense to me and never will no matter where I see it. To be fair on the instructions board there is a QR code to scan to watch videos of demonstrations but I don't have a phone card currently so I wasn't able to. I'm not a very athletic person but I'm not sure anyone who's overly athletic is gonna choose this over a normal gym.
