Ott's Cozy Vacation Rentals

I recently stayed at the Cozy Cabin and was so very impressed and in love with this little cabin and beautiful property! Cabin was more than big enough for me and my little pup. Adorably decorated, but simply so not overwhelmed with stuff. All the essentials you need for cooking. It’s pet friendly which is a blessing for me as my little pup is my best friend and it gets hard to find places who allow pets! We hiked a near by park but mostly stayed on property which is 60 acres of gorgeous forest, butted up to the Nicolet National Forest. Cabin came with plenty of wood for fires and we spent many hours laying on a camping cot by the fire just staring at the stars!! It was extremely peaceful and secluded. Our weekend here at Ott’s Cozy Cabin was wonderful! Secluded in the woods, it is the perfect spot for a relaxing “back to nature” getaway. The Cabin itself is spotless and well appointed with everything you could need and want, including a lovely deck out back (with a grill, table & chairs). We came to UTV and it was perfect for us.

Visited this splendid vacation rental during the 4th of July weekend, 2021. We were looking for a quiet, clean home away from home and this was the perfect spot. Our hosts were very accommodating, the lake on the property was very convenient; we also kayaked on a bigger nearby lake - Lisa and Mike drove us and picked us up, and we were able to rent their kayaks. Our kids loved playing with the resident dog, Ranger. There is plenty to do in the nearby charming towns. We would love to visit in autumn, to see how the trees change color, and in winter - it will be beautiful and peaceful to see the woods in winter too. Highly recommend!

We booked Ott's Cozy Cottage for our 27th wedding anniversary. We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The accommodations were top notch and everything was very clean. Attention to even the smallest details was evident. Ott's Cozy Cottage is very private and secluded, nestled on a small lake - an oasis in the woods. The hiking trails were beautiful. We saw some baby foxes that were super cute and curious. We canoed on a nearby lake, Rose Lake, that was absolutely beautiful. There were a pair of Loons that greeted us. Mike and Lisa were fabulous hosts! Their dog Ranger is a very sweet and friendly dog. All of this made our anniversary very special and we will definitely be going back. We have been to many B&Bs in our 27 years of marriage and this is one of the best!

I would give it a five-star rating out of five. This is my first time using Airbnb, and they didn't disappoint me. They excelled in every aspect and provided everything I had in mind. They even have a playground for my kids, and they really enjoyed the tree swing. The couple who own the Airbnb are exceptionally nice people and were friendly to us. As a deaf family, they treated us equally. I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Also, for guests considering booking this Airbnb, as long as you meet their standards as a five-star guest, they will reciprocate as a five-star host. Lastly, thank you to them for setting up the campfire; my family and I enjoyed two days there. Thank you!
