This is NOT a dog park! Unless your dog is actively participating in dog trials or training for the purpose of hunting/retrieving, your dog MAY NOT run around unleashed. Way WAY too many irresponsible dog owners come here and let their dogs run free and terrorize the wildlife and other hikers. If you're lucky enough to be here when trials aren't occurring and irresponsible dog owners aren't flaunting the rules, it's an excellent place to hike and look for birds and other wildlife.
Was *not* in the trial grounds but in the open area across the road. Lots of fenced-in space, good paths, easy place to tire out a dog (or human). Bring water & poop bags.
One of my favorite field trial grounds!
Worked my dog here with Guide from Straight to the Point and had an excellent experience. Great place!!!
Great grounds maintained well. Not a dog park people!!!!! It's a training grounds.
