Osceola Grand Hotel

Overall the experience was great! The staff was attentive to the continental breakfast area, the pool was clean, and there were no interruptions in my much needed moment of solitude. I am used to a more modern room but surely this destination is a must stay if you would like to escape the chaos of city life and hit the refresh button!

I stayed at the hotel as a test run for a family wedding taking place this May. I was really hoping to recommend the hotel as it is only a few miles from the ceremony and reception. There are a couple dozen or more people are coming from all over the country and it would make things so easy as this is a multi day event. There is no way I can recommend it. The least of the problems was that there was only one curtain panel on the window that didn't cover it completely. The room was incredibly dusty along the walls and behind furniture. The tray holding the coffee pot was dirty and the inside of the pod area was crusty. That might be because of the type of water but I'm not taking a chance on it. I hated the towels. The are similar to the microfiber towels my husband uses in the garage.

This place has been entirely underrated. We loved it and would go again.||Excellent staff, wonderful beds, nice breakfast, affordable, well location.||Give it a try. You won't be disappointed. Any negative reviews were from previous managers. They are doing a great job!

Super professional and friendly staff. Worth every cent and will be back again, my only advice is to get a new maintenance person for updates like fresh paint for holes that were patched. Have not had breakfast but was impressed enough to leave a positive review early. Joe
