Orleans Trail Resort & Restaurant

The restaurant has been recently renovated. The food quality is stellar, service is good. Mahi mahi cooked your way, steaks, burgers, quesadillas, etc etc One of the best two places to eat in Stockton. The other being Squeeze Inn.

We went to the restaurant and love the location and the vibe. The bar area was fun and the drinks were delicious. The restaurant on the other hand the atmosphere was like a school cafeteria. The menu looked awesome but everything we ordered was overseasoned and overcooked.

This was our 3rd time to eat at the restaurant within the past year. Each time it took over 2 hours to get our food. We ate there this evening and it wasn’t busy at all, so we thought we would get our food quicker, Nope. It took exactly 2 hours to get our food. We noticed other people were very frustrated as well. They all seemed to be upset about how long it took to get their food. I visited with a couple other people and their service was the same. I heard another party talking to the waitress about how slow the service was. We will not be returning again. Hopefully they fix this issue in the near future.

Didn’t stay in lodging. Poorly managed restaurant. It was a Saturday night. We knew it would take a little longer but it was to the extreme. Our waitress had only been working there for 6 days and already had 4 tops she was serving. We were ignored for 15 minutes after being seated. It was 45 minutes before our orders were taken. 30 minutes later we were told it would be another 30 minutes before our food would come out. Not once during the whole service did the manager check on our table. She was more concerned with chatting at the bar the whole time we were there. Bar support for drink orders was worse. We asked for our check once we found out the food would be 30 more minutes. She gave us a20% discount on the drinks we received and appetizers. Appetizers were the only thing we received
