Orchard Gardens Cooperative RV Park 55+ Senior Retirement Gated Community

I come all year round and it is a peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a small gated community and in the winter it is busy with folks from all over the content. The co-op is always busy doing all kinds of activities. Fun people live here. Wi nter or summer it's a great place to be. Did I mention that this is the cleanest and well kept park that Ihave ever see.

This park is beautiful. It has lots of activites, including a pickleball group, cards playing, hiking group, yoga classes, line dancing, billiards, golfing groups, salt-water pool and spa, laundromat on site, sewing, jam sessions, bowling, and many other get togethers and breakfasts/dinners. It is pet friendly (under 25 lbs.), but there is a strict policy that pets do their business outside the park, so there are no surprise piles in the park. The people are very friendly and helpful to one another. The dues are extremely reasonable ($1,200 per annually) and they include sewer, water, garbage pick-up, clubhouse, bathrooms with showers, pool and spa, internet free to each individual, cable tv with lots of channels and sports included, etc. You only pay your individual electric bill; t

This is a very nice park, well taken care of and spotless, close to many things a little noisy from the street but you can't have it all.
