Orca Inn Suites

I had an incredible experience at Orca Inn Suites and cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the outstanding service. The manager, Tania, was especially friendly and made me feel right at home. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.||The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a short distance from the airport, which made it super convenient. The cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were spot-on, and it’s clear they take great pride in keeping everything in top shape.||I also enjoyed the gym facilities, which were a great bonus for my stay. What started as a few days turned into an extended stay simply because of the great service, excellent value, and overall comfort. I couldn’t resist!||I’m planning a trip back to Belli

We unexpectedly needed a place for 10 days and the Orca Inn was the perfect answer for us. Rooms are actually suites with clean, quiet, and spacious rooms. Most important for me were the comfortable new beds. So nice! The first room had a large desk (great Wi-Fi) which I loved since I needed to work online. And the fireplace was a bonus since it was cold and gloomy outside. I was really surprised at all the negative reviews. They were completely renovating rooms while we were there. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. And the rates were very reasonable. I would definitely stay there again.

When we got here nobody was at the desk and our card was already charged to the room. (This is just before 5pm). We called the number left in the lobby with no answer for about 10 mins. Finally the manager came over the cameras and spoke to us telling us to go to someone’s room and see if we could retrieve the keys ourselves since they couldn’t get ahold of said person. We waited outside of that persons room knocking and waiting for almost another 10 mins. Then someone random rolled into the room and got her somehow. When she came out to help us she said she was busy with her flowers the whole time everyone was trying to get ahold of her. Finally she came and tried to get us set up but she didn’t know what room we were in and had to go back and contact the manager again to ask and s

Rooms are nice. Big actually. Customer service is exceptional. Very quiet. The manager is a very sweet person. Very helpful with questions to accommodation. Bring your family and friends along, you won’t regret it. There’s free parking and the rooms have fireplaces to keep you warm and ac for when you need to cool down.
