I am having the worst experience with the|Owner Mr Gerson regarding my refund |Sent him my money as requested days before I had medical issues and admitted in hospital he told me he will process the refund no problem. It has been 2 weeks already no refund.Now he is calling me all kinds of names ungrateful, cannot count |Never have any problems whatsoever.I have|All the conversations in texts. All I want is my|Refund. Before I make an official offer. Every day I will post till I get my refund. This is robbery in broad daylight.|Guests be aware. After reading past reviews |I realized it is a pattern.

For the price they charge and the comfort you get from the great people and the location, this hostel definitely deserves 5 stars. I stayed here for a week, but I can honestly say I could have easily stayed another month.

Not a good place to stay except for the location. By the way, forget about parking when you come back unless it’s after 6 PM or so. During the second week there moved in (or maybe he has been there unnoticed by me) an elderly unhoused man living there who was in a different room from me, who would beg people for money when you come in and out. People openly discussing consumption of hard drugs, smoking stuff and staying up noisily until 4-6 am in the kitchen area which was right outside my window. The bass from the nightclub close by additionally shakes the building until like 3-5 am every night. These issues should be super blatantly obvious to the management yet they go completely unimproved, I informed them of the people making noise outside, and loud music/speaker/activity in the ga

No one was there when we arrived. We arrived at 10:30 pm, and earlier we had been told that check-in could be done after 10 pm. When we finally got a hold of someone, they didn’t have a key for our room, so we had to wait for an off-site manager to activate it. Even then, the key still didn’t work, and the staff member who gave it to us had already left. We tried to contact them again but couldn’t find anyone, and no one answered the phone. I entered the office to see if I could reach someone, and eventually a staff member showed up and gave us the correct key. After we got the key, we went to grab dinner, and the manager later called me screaming and threatening to call the police because I had entered the office. Worst experience ever. Do not go there.

OQP Vacations Miami is basically a hostel in the middle of nowhere industrial hell 🏚️🛠️ — auto shops, empty lots, dumpsters, and zero amenities within walking distance. Wynwood charm? Forget it. Walking outside at night is like stepping into a gritty urban survival game 😬💀. Dorms are cheap, but the location is terrifying, noisy, and depressing. Management can’t fix the neighborhood.
