Oneida Casino Hotel

This trip to Green Bay has been a bucket list for me for a very long time. Initially I was meant to do this trip with friends but life dealt them a blow and I went ahead with the trip away by myself.|The hotel was very welcoming to me, the hotel was huge as it took me a few minutes to get to my room. Once there I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the bed. Everything in the room was expected great facilities. |The hotel provided excellent choices of food even up to a late time.| The hotel had a gym, pool and sauna but I didn't have any time to use the facilities as I would of done.|There's not alot in the area apart from the casino next door which I also get to use the facilities.|If I'm Green Bay/Wisconsin again then I will defo stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here in December with Friends for the Packers game against the Chicago Bears and it was Fantastic. We travelled from N.IRELAND for this experience and I have to say everything was amazing, Right from our free shuttle bus pick up at the Airport, to the wonderful warm reception staff who quickly allocated our room, which was unexpectedly huge, large living room and large separate bedroom and shower room , more than ample space for our 4 x night stay.|The hotel in general was spotless clean and the facilities were brilliant, the bar and restaurant were excellent, very cheap and the food was very tasty. The Casino was really good fun, and a lot bigger than we expected, and a good variety of food options in there too. The drinks in the Casino very cheap as well, and I have

If you're traveling from the airport across the street， this hotel is super convenient. Friendly staff, clean and cozy room, and a good location.

From my arrival to my departure, I experienced a very poor quality stay especially when it came to customer service. I checked in about 4:20pm and did not get access into my room until about 5:30pm. This was due to a faulty lock/fob system for room #1403 in tower 1. keep in mind, maintenance and the hotel was aware of this issue with this room previously being reported by maintenance yet they still rented out the room. while we were waiting in the hallway outside our room with all our luggage/bags to get keys that worked, there was an employee who came up to deliver additional keys and try his master key fob with neither working. at this point he was very apologetic and moved with urgency. however, after he went back downstairs for a second time to get security to see if they could get the

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Room was great. Should have been a 5 star rating. But the loud drunks in the hallway all night, and the twice misc people tried their keys in my door, and the very solid/ secure doors slamming shut all night make one of the nicest hotels one of my least favorite ones. Sorry. It's true.
