We stumbled on this place on our trip from Washington to Iowa. The accommodated us in overflow as a last min request 30 mins before arrival. This is a great family owned spot in a very small town right off the freeway. We decided to use them on our return trip two weeks later and spent more time visiting with them. Very friendly. clean location. Easy on/off the freeway. They check on you after you get settled to make sure you’re good. The site showers are spacious and very clean. The accommodated our second vehicle and small trailer. A 7 hour drive from Spokane. Will return here any time passing through the area.
We’re headed back home to Florida and just left Washington state. We decided to stay here since it was right off the highway. Due to their notification regarding the exit low bridge we decided to follow their instructions and take exit 384. Once we arrived we quickly realized that we would fit just fine so we will use this exit on our departure. (40’ 5th wheel) The campground itself is small and clean. It does have laundry facilities but no pool/walking trials etc. Overall it’s adorable but just felt that it was a little pricy. ($10 pet fee) total $77 after taxes BUT I did get a doggy bag holder with a light which was cool & some doggy treats. 😍🐶 The camp host was very friendly and gave clear directives on how to access our site. (Site 7) The sites are a bit close together but we only s
Great spot to stop and enjoy a small town! Owners were so kind and inviting. Nice spots with lush green grass. Laundry area and bathrooms were very clean. Got invited to the towns July 4th Potluck and everyone was so welcoming and kind! Waterhole saloon just a small walk from the campground had great food and service! I also highly enjoyed the Java Gypsy, a little coffee trailer (with great coffee!) next to the post office maybe a 1-2 minute walk from the campground. Only thing that bothered me were the loud trains, by the end of the trip it was not noticeable, but if you are a light sleeper have a white noise machine! Overall very pleased with this place and will be back!
We were only stopping for 1 night, on our way back to oregon. Found this campground online, made a reservation, mostly because of the convenience of easily off the freeway then back on. We were very amazed at how well kept the sites were, cleanliness of the facilities, and the owner who greeted us right away. Super friendly, felt very comfortable overall. Train goes through, but we didn't mind. Freeway traffic not very loud. We enjoyed our stay at Old West RV Park.
A small but excellent RV park right off I-90. The owners are exceptionally polite and friendly. They were very accommodating and professional. The sites are limited but well done and cared for. There are things to do if you are willing to take some day trips and enjoy the surroundings. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely return if we are in the area again.
