Quiet private spots with fence. Access to laundry room. Sewer and 50 amp outlet. Fit my 31 ft trailer with plenty of room. WiFi too!!! Management was great and always available.
It's quiet, neighbors don't bother you , privacy lenses, land lord is the best one I've ever had if you stay in contact with he will work with you it has a laundry mat they are putting more washer and dryer in I don't have to worry about my stuff getting stole or my trailer or car getting broke into I've been stress free of that since I moved here over a year ago. I love this rv park .
My husband and I stayed here for a few months and let me tell you, the rent monthly was very affordable. We loved the space and the privacy we had there. It has a laundry room right on the grounds and according to the owner, there is a plan to expand the RV park to make it bigger, which would be awesome because the owner is kind and very attentive to his tenants staying there. He was always a phone call away. If my husband's work moves us back towards Goldsmith again, we will be staying there again.
This is a great park to stay in if you value privacy and peace of mind. I lived here long term and never had any problems that were not resolved immediately. The rent is affordable and the owner is very attentive to customer feedback.
