Most spots appeared to be occupied by full time residents. Rough roads through the park. Small park and small bathrooms. On site laundry. Full hook up. Good for one night stop, or visiting local areas. Roaches all over, as to be expected in Texas.
We have enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very friendly. My husband is a travel nurse, and we are sad that we have to leave soon. We’ve stayed here for about a month. The owner is very friendly and is responsive to texts. Nobody bothers us out here. It’s within walking distance to two restaurants. This RV park is pet friendly, which is a must for us since we have two dogs. Affordable prices. It’s very laid back here. I’ve never heard anyone be loud here. The owner comes by about 3 times a day to check on everything. We will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.
What a wonderful little park in a small town. Nothing fancy, just clean and quiet.We intended to stay just one night on our drive through, but bad weather on the route ahead made it smarter to stay an extra night. Which was definitely no hardship. Full hook up, wi fi worked great, and a great price. The manager/owner was so incredibly kind and helpful. Would have given 5 stars but the road in the park needs work to smooth out rough parts and fill in some holes. That was the only negative. But would absolutely stay here again.
Nice and spacious, few people. Too close to hwy 155 for my taste but it has easy access to hwy 155 and interstate I20 just a few miles away. Restaurant just a few feet away, gas station just a block n a half away. Perfect for an overnight stay.
Camping was convenient. Restaurant close by. Entrance/ Exit road was a little rough. Reasonable price.
