I had a wonderful and peaceful night here in the tent camping section. My vehicle is a bicycle and I carry my "home" around with me as I travel from job to job. This campground was so close to a job site yesterday and the weather was chilly and rainy. I normally stealth camp but took a chance and called the campground to see how affordable one night would be for someone like me. Only $24 for a tent site! Very affordable for me. I hope to be back again this summer for a night or two because I have work lined up in the same area. I am SO thankful for this campground. And everything I could need is so close; Eastside Market, the Dollar General and the campground's own convenience store.
Worst parking lot of and superstore i have been to. Not enough room between rows.
Very convenient to the boat launch and bait shop
Don't know much about the campground. However the motel is decent definitely could use a little updating. The beds are uncomfortable, very small off colored box TV. They do need some touching up. But the location is nice. Not saying this makes up for it all. They have a mini fridge and microwave which is nice. There are two beds per room. The rooms are a decent size big enough to move around in. They have plenty of towels and stuff like that. I love the fact they allow dogs, that to me is a huge plus. Thank you to the owner for that one. The person that runs the place is so nice as well.
Had a nice stay over 4th of July. Reasonably priced. Close to where we wanted to be.
