Ol Jo RV Campground

My husband, Chista 🐕 dog, and I have been lucky, fortunate, and grateful for being given a chance and 👍 great opportunity to rent space #27, month to month, with our 16' travel Road 🏃 Runner 2006 trailer since we backed it into place in August of 2021. Unfortunately, unexpectedly, and regretfully we had to make a big life decision recently, which didn't include being able to stay at this clean, ✌ peaceful, and very friendly RV Campground. The on-site host 💑 couple were very easy to work with, nice to chat with out on 🚶 walks, and have been the best landlords I have had in my life. We all helped each other out when needed, communicated openly & honestly, and genuinely ❤ cared for those in our small little community. People, couples, and 👪 families made the place feel balanced, safe, and fun

Visited my brother who is a resident there. Park is basic but very well cared for. Nice laundry facility and bathroom. The manager seems very helpful and friendly. I feel my brother is well looked after as a resident.

Sharon the manager was friendly and amiable but rentals go through Jacoby Creek Realty in Eureka CA! Now “Jacoby Creek Realty” is a different story. Jacoby Creek realty is full of rude, judgmental, and unprofessional people! Where Sharon had said we should qualify, the Realty gave excuses for not renting to us. In the end highest bid won and it wasn’t us! So if you want to get in there you better be able to deal with a jerk realtor, stay a year and fork out more money!

We pulled in to check on rates but a note on the office door saying they would be back later. Took a look at the surroundings and immediately decided to leave. Run down and ugly. It had the feeling of a long-term living, seedy motel. Don't think anything we would have left outside would have been safe. Park somewhere else.

We are in Cave Junction for work. We came to the park yesterday at 2pm and have not been able to find the person running the park. There is no one take our money and we have no ability to use the restroom, showers, or the laundry facility. We have called the number left on the office door over and over again and it simply rings and rings. This is completely ridiculous!!!!
