Ojo Caliente Pueblo Suites

We have been coming here for many years and have seen the changes…. Some good and some not so good! Overall 5 stars all across the board. Clean rooms and great service. The restaurant was good… I would say dinner was definitely better than the breakfast.. we had great service at breakfast our server we recognized from other visits. Thank you Mia. Our dinner service was excellent…. Our server Zack was one of the best we have ever had and as a reviewer of fine dining he ranks way up there even better that some of the 5 star restaurants !!! Thank you Zack for service!!! “Owners don’t let this guy go!” We will be back soon!

What an incredible place to visit. We stayed in a Posi Suite. Definitely recommend going this direction. Our suite had a small kitchenette, large shower, adobe style fireplace and private soaking tub on the patio. When you stay in the suites you have access to a private soaking tub in the center of the suites that has the most incredible view of the stars at night. The resort is the only place to dine nearby. Only 45 minutes into Taos, which has a great variety of dining options.

The staff really makes this place stand out. Of course the pools and surrounding settings are beautiful. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Jamie is especially good at making sure your stay is comfortable and your experience is nothing less than amazing. The quiet atmosphere really enhances the experience. The spa treatments are top quality. The different accommodations and price point are appropriate. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.

What a great place. Nice place to soak. Having your very own fireplace makes the magic happen. The owners should be proud because they have upped their game. Really it is the smallest things. Custom coffee in the room. Real cream in the fridge. Real, separate pot for tea. This means something special. Those kinds of touches male it magic. One so very minor thing: SOME of the staff could benefit from some training on professionalism. Perhaps an upgrade on uniforms. This place is striving for resort status. The restaurant seems to be a bit under pressure from supply chain issues. Chef's palate has developed over the last few years. For the prices on the menu, one would expect that a Sommelier would be the next most important staff addition.

The place if fantastic! Don't judge them by the parking lot. The spa and resort staff are great! Christopher our waiter in the Artisan Restaurant is "Disney Quality" in my book. The entire wait staff was great and the kitchen accommodates dietary restrictions with ease and understanding. Definitely going back!
