Rooms seemed relative however, no vet discount, cant check in till 1600 depending on who running the desk with less pessimistic vibes. No earily check in even when vehicle has trouble passing through town. Clean and other employees were very welcoming.
The casino should invest in sending employees to customer service training. The volume function on the TV remote did not work, all other functions worked.. volume was all the way up. We called the front desk and were told someone would come check it for us, an hour later we called back to see when they were coming and no one answered, tried multiple times. I walked to the front desk in my pajamas (you have to walk through the casino to get to the front desk) the front desk employee told me maintenance had gone home and they are the only ones who can check the remote, i asked why he didnt call us back to let us know, he ignored me and said the best he could do was move us to another room, it was close to midnight. My family and I traveled over here to the casino to watch the 34th annual Hispanic music awards. What a beautiful hotel and casino. We do not get to stay in the rooms because they were booked but the casino floor was wonderful. We would like to come again and stay in one of the
Positive: Location was alright. Negative: Very cold reception. Nothing that would make me want to stay here. No personality to the room at all. Was nice............................ but that's all
Beautiful layout. Hotel room was clean, spacious and had all the usual amenities. Used the pool first 2 days and it was very refreshing, it was closed the next day, unsure why. There were 2 options gor eating in the casino which were ample for us, the casino itself was smoke-free which was great, we were able to chose pokie machines easily as it wasn't crowded, and there were free sodas and coffee. Pam on reception was amazing and is an asset to this hotel, it was thanks to her that we stayed 3 days. Overall highly recommended
