Odessa Hills Campground

This is my favorite campground! I love the beautiful, peaceful Spirit there, and the joy of being with God's people. The outdoor tabernacle is a great place to worship. The kids always have so much fun running down Happy Hollow hill to their classrooms. The dining hall is spacious, except during Reunion!🤩🥰 There is a lovely amphitheater at the upper lake for campfires and outdoor worship services. Cabins are air conditioned in the supper amd heated in the winter. I can't wait to have an opportunity to learn more about God in that setting!

This is a beautiful private campground! Each time I step onto the grounds I am greeted with the sweet, peaceful Spirit of God. I will emphasize that it is private, meaning not for public camping. It is owned by a church group that holds camps and reunions and retreats throughout the year. Anyone who desires to seek and become closer to the Lord is welcome to attend those, regardless of denomination! At one time they also allowed reservations for other groups to reserve for functions outside of the church organization, though if they still do so I know those slots fill up very quickly!

They have a no star rating from me for sure after how they refused a child wish to call home to go home the opportunity to call home. They also receive no stars from me because they make up lies and assumptions about children and then bagger children for leaving when they do FINALLY get to call their parents. But most importantly the camp directors receive no stars for me as well for how they lay hands on campers. No matter what manner of touching the directors are doing they should never and were never given consent to touch a child. Especially smacking their hands or dragging them by their arms! This is not a Christian camp as it’s made out to be! True Christians do not act maliciously towards children for any reason and that is all they have done for nearly a week. Christians should
