Oconee Ridge

I visit Oconee Ridge about once a year and always enjoy my time there. The lodge and cabin both are comfortable, food is delicious and guides are very knowledgable. It has plenty of hogs to hunt and two nicely stocked fishing ponds. I've dealt with Art, Rusty and Austin and they take great care of all their guests! Looking forward to my next Oconee trip!!

Occonee Ridge is a great place to spend time with family or friends. If you want an authentic south Georgia outdoor experience - this is the place! While there is plenty of game to hunt - I'm not a big hunter, which is great because there's also a lot of adventure for the non-hunter. My favorite part is riding through the woods, taking pictures and looking at the incredible night sky! No light pollution here!

I booked a Hog hunting package with Oconee Ridge Outfitters for my husband & son for Christmas present. The hunt was the only thing that was good. It advertised good food , lodging in a nice log cabin; that did not happen far from that. The food was nothing special sandwich & hamburger and they sleep in the same quarters as the guides. Everything that was advertised was nothing they got. I would not recommend staying there. Very disappointed

2018 dove shoot was a bust. was taken to a wheat field and didnt even fire a shot at a dove. birds werent there and never even saw a shootable bird. field was another 25 min drive from the lodge. hopefully the other hunters there got a chance to shoot some birds.

We go here every year for hunting and fishing. Absolutely a wonderful area that is secluded and the cabin is in great condition! Highly recommend going here!
